You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use StoneQuery only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload viruses or malicious code
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our services

Your Data and Content

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to StoneQuery. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our reconciliation services. We do not use your data for any other purpose. We follow best security practices but not all data is encrypted at rest.

Accuracy of Results

While we strive to provide accurate reconciliation results, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Reconciliation results should be reviewed and verified by you before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any errors, discrepancies, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete reconciliation results.

Limitation of Liability

StoneQuery is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for anything, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or revenues, data loss, business interruption, or any other damages arising from your use of our services. We are not responsible for incorrect reconciliation results, financial losses, or any other damages resulting from reliance on our services.

Subscription and Payments

Free Plan

Our Free plan is available at no cost and allows processing up to 4 files with a maximum size of 5 MB each. No credit card is required.

Enterprise Plan

Enterprise pricing is customized based on your organization's needs. Payment terms and conditions are outlined in your custom agreement.

Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services for violations of these Terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and you should export your data before termination.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours. You can export all your reconciliation data before cancellation. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.

Is my data shared with third parties?

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers who help us operate our platform, and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

What are the limitations of the Free plan?

The Free plan allows you to process up to 4 files with a maximum size of 5 MB each. This is perfect for trying out StoneQuery and small reconciliation tasks.
